20 cards per order  3 x 4 inches printed on 100-pound cover papers. 
Each card has 3 holes to tie a ribbon through or string to hold the comb in place. The cards come with holes that are 1 inch apart.  The top hole is placed 1 1/4 inch down from the very top of the card. If you need the two holes spaced in a certain way please let me know.
You have the option for the 1/4 hole to hang the card.
