Please keep in mind that all images may vary in color due to monitor calibrations. 
I re-check all orders and ship them as safe as I can to ensure the best delivery to you. 

❤ Please look over all the images and measurements in each description. Please read the description carefully before you make a purchase. 
❤ Your shipping time depends on your response to my conversations. No proof will be sent without a purchase. Please make your purchase first so we can both work on your order.

Contact me if you need more information on any item before your final order is placed. 

❤ No refunds on PERSONALIZED or CUSTOM orders. It is your responsibility to look over the final design and make sure all the information is correct and what you want. A sample of your custom work (digital or graphic) will be sent to you for approval by email. Slight changes may show on the final card due to the cutting process. The fonts and logo will be the same but may have to be readjusted to fit the cutting process.

Shipping policies

All orders are shipped first class USPS with tracking so you can find out where your order is during shipping. 
Once your order has been shipped and delivered to your door it is no longer my responsibility to replace it. Please contact your local post office to see where your package went.

❤ All custom and cut designed orders can take from 5 to 7 (some faster) business days to be shipped out and depending on where you are located and how you want the order shipped will be your delivery date. The actual time spent on your design depends on how fast you reply to layout samples and approve your order.
